Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event or Organization, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the contract you signed before recruting.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

  • Advance payment will be refunded if Neevlearning is unable to match a Student or Professional within 7 working days.
  • Professional Service will only be provided after paying partial advance payment and signed a contract.
  • In case you change your mind regarding study after paying advance or do not continue with current Student than your advance amount will not be refunded, since we have done lot of effort in matching a Student for you.
  • All the rules of refund are mentioned in contract and you need to agree it before start the service. we will follow them if any collision comes from any side.
